Garrison Diversion Conservancy District’s Executive Committee will meet via video conference at the date and time indicated above.

A closed Executive Session will be held pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-11.2 at 11:01 a.m. to discuss the following items with legal counsel:

• Status of Wells County landowners who are currently in litigation regarding the Red River Valley Water Supply Project (RRVWSP).
