Garrison Diversion

As a multi-purpose project, the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District (Garrison Diversion) aims to provide opportunities for industry, water supply, agriculture,
recreation, and the development of our natural resources. Its mission is to provide a reliable, high-quality and affordable water supply to benefit the people of North Dakota, and in order to fulfill that mission, Garrison Diversion employs approximately 30 employees at offices in Carrington, New Rockford, McClusky and the Snake Creek Pumping Plant in Coleharbor.
